Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCl and Pyridoxial-5-Phosphate) 25 mg
Magnesium (as magnesium amino acid chelate) 100 mg
Manganese (as manganese amino acid chelate) 1 mg
Chromium (as chromium picolinate) 200 mcg
L-Glycine 10 mg
L-Glutamic Acid 5 mg
L-Cysteine 3 mg

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, coating (hypromellose, glycerine, hydroxypropyl cellulose), magnesium stearate, silica.

Does not contain: dairy, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, gluten, alfalfa, yeast, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
