ONE TABLET SUPPLIES
Thiamine (as thiamine hydrochloride) 1.5 mg
Niacin 2 mg
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCl and Pyridoxial-5-Phosphate) 25 mg
Magnesium (as magnesium amino acid chelate) 100 mg
Manganese (as manganese amino acid chelate) 1 mg
Chromium (as chromium picolinate) 200 mcg
L-Glycine 10 mg
L-Glutamic Acid 5 mg
L-Cysteine 3 mg

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, coating (hypromellose, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol, hydroxypropyl cellulose), magnesium stearate, and silica.

Does not contain: dairy, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, gluten, alfalfa, yeast, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

Suggested Usage: Adults, as a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet per day with meals or follow the advice of your healthcare professional.

Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 500 mg
Thiamine (as thiamine hydrochloride) 1 mg
Niacin (as niacinamide) 5 mg NE
Zinc (as zinc bisglycinate chelate and zinc monomethionine) 25 mg
Manganese (as manganese bisglycinate chelate and manganese aspartate) 15 mg
Citrus Bioflavonoids Complex 100 mg
L-Methionine 5 mg
